  This is a shareware program, I require any distributors to do the 
following :


  1. THE CONTENTS OF THE ARCHIVE MUST BE KEPT INTACT
     Do not add or remove any files to the archive.

  2. YOU MAY NOT CHARGE FOR THE SOFTWARE
     No charge should be made in distributing it. There are exceptions :
     (a) You may charge for media, but no more that 80 pence or
         equivalent for floppy disks.
     (b) You have my written permission to charge


  I will consider legal action against any person(s) infringing the
rules set out above.

  Inclusion on magnetic or optical media (floppy disk, CD-ROM, etc..)
without the express permission of the author is NOT allowed. You will
be in violation of the licence if you do so.  Ask Irfan Butt for
written permission.  If you charge for the distributed media there may
be a small royalty charge incurred for each copy sold, otherwise you
will usually be given permission to do so, free of charge.
